Shipping policy

At Lissbaby (operated by ITT GLOBAL LLC), we know how much you look forward to your order arriving, so we ship quickly and keep you updated. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process, ship and deliver orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We dispatch orders within 1 business day, and orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. During launches, promotions and peak seasons, processing may take 1 additional business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. At this time we do not ship internationally or to freight-forwarding addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout — we are unable to reroute a package once it has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35.
A flat rate of $5.95 applies to standard orders under $35.
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch (please allow up to 7 during peak periods).

Every order ships with tracking. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are in addition to processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally delivery may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to help.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please check with household members and neighbors and allow 24–48 hours. If it still does not arrive, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
