Shipping Policy

At Lissbaby (operated by ITT GLOBAL LLC), we know how much you look forward to your order arriving, so we ship quickly and keep you updated. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process, ship and deliver orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We dispatch orders within 1 business day, and orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. During launches, promotions and peak seasons, processing may take 1 additional business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. At this time we do not ship internationally or to freight-forwarding addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout — we are unable to reroute a package once it has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35.
A flat rate of $5.95 applies to standard orders under $35.
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch (please allow up to 7 during peak periods).

Every order ships with tracking. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are in addition to processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally delivery may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to help.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please check with household members and neighbors and allow 24–48 hours. If it still does not arrive, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your little one to love every Lissbaby product. If something is not quite right, this Return & Refund Policy explains how to return eligible items and receive a refund. Lissbaby is operated by ITT GLOBAL LLC.

30-Day Free Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, and returns are always free — we provide a prepaid return label and never charge you for return shipping.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them;
In their original, undamaged packaging with all tags, labels and seals intact;
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of every baby, and in line with U.S. hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on the following once opened or used:

Feeding items (bottles, nipples, teethers, pacifiers, breast pumps and accessories);
Diapers, training pants and potty-training products;
Personal-care, grooming and health items;
Gift cards.

This does not affect your rights regarding items that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

How to Start a Return

Email management@lissbabystore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and email you a prepaid return label along with simple instructions.

Refunds

We issue your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days of the carrier's first scan of your return package — you do not need to wait for it to reach us. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear. There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. If you need help, our team is happy to assist.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation is sent — for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order for which you have paid, we will issue a full refund.

When will my order ship?

We dispatch orders within 1 business day; orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Standard U.S. delivery then takes 3–5 business days.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only, to all 50 states.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $35. A flat $5.95 rate applies to orders under $35, and every order ships with tracking.

Are your products safe for babies?

Yes. Our items are made with baby-safe materials and designed with your baby’s safety in mind. Always follow the age guidance and instructions on the packaging and supervise your child during use.

How do I choose the right size?

Each clothing and diaper product lists age-based sizing. When in doubt, size up to allow a little room to grow.

What is your return policy?

We offer free 30-day returns. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery using a prepaid label we provide. For hygiene reasons, some baby-care items cannot be returned once opened. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Order Tracking

Haven’t received a tracking email?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, email management@lissbabystore.com with your order number and we will resend your tracking details right away.

Tracking hasn’t updated?

Carriers occasionally take 24–48 hours to scan a parcel into their network, and updates can pause over weekends and holidays. If your tracking has not moved for more than 3 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
