Refund policy

We want you and your little one to love every Lissbaby product. If something is not quite right, this Return & Refund Policy explains how to return eligible items and receive a refund. Lissbaby is operated by ITT GLOBAL LLC.

30-Day Free Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, and returns are always free — we provide a prepaid return label and never charge you for return shipping.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them;
In their original, undamaged packaging with all tags, labels and seals intact;
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of every baby, and in line with U.S. hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on the following once opened or used:

Feeding items (bottles, nipples, teethers, pacifiers, breast pumps and accessories);
Diapers, training pants and potty-training products;
Personal-care, grooming and health items;
Gift cards.

This does not affect your rights regarding items that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

How to Start a Return

Email management@lissbabystore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and email you a prepaid return label along with simple instructions.

Refunds

We issue your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days of the carrier's first scan of your return package — you do not need to wait for it to reach us. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear. There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. If you need help, our team is happy to assist.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
